Do my customers notice anything?
No. They keep writing to the same number and see the same WhatsApp as always. What changes is on your side.
Do I have to create an account?
There is no account or password to create: you get in by scanning a QR code with your phone.
Is there a cost per message?
No. It runs on your own WhatsApp, so there is no per message charge from anyone.
Can two of us use it at the same time?
Not today: it is one person on one computer. The version for a team is what we are building next, so tell us if that is your case.
Does it run on Mac?
Today it is Windows only. If you need Mac, say so and we will tell you honestly when it is realistic.
