Let’s talk

In pilot. We are starting with a small group, so today this is a conversation and not a checkout.

An assistant that answers, and books the appointment.

On WhatsApp Business, with your hours and your rules. It answers on its own and hands over to you the moment it should.

1They write to you“Do you have a slot on Thursday?”
2It offers your real availabilityWith your hours and your rules.
3Books, confirms and remindsThe assistant is the calendar: nothing else to open.
4Hands the conversation to youThe moment it goes past what you defined.
How an appointment goes. An illustration, not a screenshot: the product is in pilot.

Who it is for

  • Trades and contractors who lose work because they cannot answer while their hands are busy.
  • Spas, clinics and consultancies whose day is the appointment book.
  • Real estate and small retail that answer the same questions about the same catalogue every day.

How it connects

Two ways in, depending on how much you want to touch.

Both are WhatsApp Business API, the official one. The difference is whose number it is.

Our number, your name

The assistant answers from a number of ours under the name you choose. Nothing to set up on your side and no paperwork with Meta.

Your own number

The assistant answers on the number your customers already know. It needs a setup with Meta, which we do with you and charge separately.

What it knows how to do

Two modules today. Each one is bought on its own or together.

Appointments
It offers your real availability, books, confirms and reminds. The assistant is the calendar: there is nothing else to open.
Catalogue
It answers about your services, products or properties from what you gave it, instead of making it up.

What people ask before a pilot

When can I have it?
It is in pilot: we are starting with a small group so we can sit with each one. Tell us your case and we will say whether it fits this round or the next one.
What does it cost?
There is no price list yet, and inventing one would be worse than saying this. Each pilot is agreed case by case, and what you pay for the Meta setup, when that path is chosen, is separate and is said up front.
Does the assistant answer everything?
No, and that is deliberate. It answers what you defined and hands the conversation to a person the moment it goes past that. Where the line sits is your decision.
Do I need paperwork with Meta?
Only if you want it to answer on your own number. On our number there is nothing to file.

Does your business live off its calendar?

Tell us your case and we will say whether it fits this round of the pilot or the next one.
