Welcome to StartToFlow. By accessing or using our WhatsApp-based personal assistant service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

By creating an account or using StartToFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. StartToFlow provides a WhatsApp-based personal assistant service that helps you capture, organize, and manage your ideas, tasks, and reminders. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. Your use of third-party services like WhatsApp is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include: transmitting harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, violating intellectual property rights, harassment, spam, or any illegal activities. 5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartToFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the service by any third party. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
