Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

FlowFunnel is the brand under which RiverWorks IT LLC publishes its products: StartToFlow, ProFlow and DeskFlow. These terms are the agreement between you and RiverWorks IT LLC when you use flowfunnel.io or any of them.

Section 2 applies to every product; what is specific to each one is in its own section. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.

2. What applies to all our products

• Use them lawfully. You must be old enough to sign a contract where you live. Do not use our products to send spam, to harass anyone or for anything that breaks the law or WhatsApp's terms.
• We are not WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta. Our products are not WhatsApp or Meta products, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
• Payments. Stripe processes them; we never see your card. Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe may show you the amount in your currency.
• As they are. We work to keep our products running well, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that WhatsApp will keep allowing them to work as they do today.
• Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost sales, lost data, a restricted number), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not remove rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
• What is whose. The software, the brand and the content of this site are ours. What you write and save is yours.
• Suspension. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by sending spam.

3. StartToFlow

StartToFlow is an assistant you talk to on WhatsApp, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. There is no account to create: you start by sending it a message.

• Free trial: 7 days, once, with no card. When it ends, the assistant stops saving new things until you choose a plan; you can keep talking to it.
• Plans are paid in advance through a Stripe link the assistant sends you. Current prices are on the StartToFlow page.
• Do not send it passwords, card numbers or health information. Write STOP at any time and it stops messaging you.
• To cancel, or with any question about a charge, write to apps@flowfunnel.io.

4. ProFlow

ProFlow is in a pilot and is not sold yet. The conditions of each pilot are agreed in writing with the business taking part. This section will cover ProFlow when it is offered to the public.

5. DeskFlow

DeskFlow is a Windows desktop app that shows your WhatsApp chats as a board by stage, with notes, labels and to-dos.

How it connects, and the risk you accept. DeskFlow connects to your WhatsApp as a linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web does, through an unofficial library. It is not a WhatsApp or Meta product. WhatsApp may limit or block numbers it detects using unofficial tools. DeskFlow is built not to generate automated traffic: it does not send bulk messages or anything on its own, and whatever is sent, you send. Even so, we cannot guarantee that WhatsApp will not act on your number. By using DeskFlow you accept that risk, and we are not responsible for restrictions WhatsApp places on your number.

• Not allowed: spam, bulk sending, automating messages, or anything else against WhatsApp's terms.
• Your conversations never leave your computer. What the app does send us is in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
• Free trial: you can try DeskFlow free for a period, and the app tells you before it ends. After that, you need a plan to keep using it.
• One plan per WhatsApp number. The plan is tied to the number you connect: three numbers need three plans.
• Plans are monthly, six-monthly or yearly; current prices are on the DeskFlow page. They are paid in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to apps@flowfunnel.io: the plan stops renewing and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are in section 6.
• Updates install automatically. The app may ask you to update to a minimum version to keep working, for example when WhatsApp Web changes.

6. Refunds (DeskFlow)

• 14 days. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, whatever the plan: monthly, six-monthly or yearly.
• After that, we do not refund the period in progress or renewals, but you can cancel at any time so the plan does not renew.
• How: write to apps@flowfunnel.io with the WhatsApp number of the plan. The refund goes back to the same card through Stripe; your bank may take a few days to show it. When we refund a payment, that plan ends.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Texas. Before that, write to us: most things are solved by email. If the law of your country gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived, they still apply.

8. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If a change affects what you pay or your rights, this page will say so before the change applies.
